PJ Hayman becomes the first commercial partner to go live with Blink Express, Blink Parametric’s rapid-deployment parametric service

PJ Hayman, a leading specialist travel insurance broker with more than 30 years of experience in the UK market, has become the first commercial partner to launch with Blink Express, rolling out a real-time flight delay benefit across two of its travel brands, Free Spirit and Travel Plus, powered by Blink Parametric.
Blink Express is Blink Parametric’s new off-the-shelf parametric assistance service, designed to get partners live in days rather than weeks with no technical integration required. PJ Hayman activated the service rapidly, with customers registering their flights directly through a simple portal. Blink Parametric’s platform monitors flight data in real time from there, triggering the benefit automatically the moment a qualifying delay is detected.
When a registered flight is delayed by two hours or more, travellers are notified and offered an immediate choice: access to over 1,300 airport lounges worldwide through the DragonPass network, or a £25 digital voucher redeemable with Uber, Boots, Costa, or Amazon. The combination of lounge access alongside retail vouchers gives customers a choice between airport comfort and everyday spending, making this one of the most flexible flight delay assistance benefits currently available in the UK market.
The service sits alongside PJ Hayman’s travel insurance policies, operating as a travel assistance benefit rather than an insurance product. There is no paperwork, no manual claim, and no waiting: support is delivered the moment it is needed.
